Directions:

Empty 1/2 of the contents of bottle into a container of your choice. Onto that, pour 2 cups (16oz) of boiling water. Let it steep, do not cover while hot. Once cooled, strain and sweeten with sweetener of your choice and enjoy 2 tsp up to 3 times a day, every day. Best taken between meals. Can be mixed into tea as well. Be sure to refrigerate after 2 days.
